Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, make a booking or share documents with us. We may also process data where it is needed to perform your booking or where the law requires it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. If you withdraw consent for data we need to complete a booking, we may not be able to continue with that booking.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws. Copies of passports and visa documents are deleted once your trip and any related claims are complete, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Enquiry details that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months.
